March 11  PSTP Chapter Membership Meeting Program: Panel on Women's Issues from The Well and Refuge 91. In support of DAR’s women's issues initiatives, a panel of ladies who serve vulnerable women in the Baltimore area will speak to our chapter. They will share their missions of building relationships, mentoring and empowering women escaping abuse, addiction and/or exploitation through programs and services.
